HyreRoof

For roofing professionals

Homeowners start with a question. We turn those questions into projects.

HyreRoof helps homeowners understand repairs, replacement, materials, cost and storm claims, then connects the ones who are ready with roofing professionals serving their area.

  • No cold leads. Every enquiry is a homeowner who asked to be contacted.
  • Your areas, your services. Matched on what you actually cover.
  • You own the customer. You quote and contract directly. We take no cut of the job.

The lead engine

How a homeowner becomes your customer

We do not buy traffic and resell it. The enquiries come out of a library homeowners actually use, which is why they arrive informed rather than defensive.

  1. A homeowner arrives with a problem, not a shortlist

A stain on a ceiling. Missing shingles after wind. Hail through the neighbourhood. A roof that is visibly near the end. They search the symptom, not your company name.

11 original studies and a full guide library

  2. They work out what they are actually dealing with

Repair against replacement. What drives a price. What a written scope should contain. How a storm claim works. None of it is gated and none of it needs an email address.

Eleven free calculators, formula shown on every one

  3. They decide they need a professional

By this point they know a roof is priced by the square, that a quote without a deck repair rate is unfinished, and that reused flashing is a false economy. They are ready for a real conversation.

Every guide ends at the same place

  4. They describe the project and consent to be contacted

Zip code, service, urgency, property type and their own description of what is wrong. Nothing moves without their explicit agreement.

Consent is collected before anything is routed

  5. It reaches you

Matched against the areas and services you told us you cover. You call them, you quote the work, you contract directly. We are not in that conversation.

    You own the customer relationship

What you get on the call

Why these enquiries are different

The difference is not the form. It is everything the homeowner read before they filled it in.

They already understand the vocabulary

Squares, tear-off, deck repair rate, ice barrier, both warranties. You spend the call scoping the job instead of teaching the basics.

They are not price-shopping blind

We publish no national average price per square, precisely because it sets a false anchor. What we publish is what makes a roof cost what it costs.

They expect a written, itemised scope

Because we tell them to ask for one. That favours companies that already work that way.

They have been warned off the tactics you compete against

Deductible rebating, doorstep contingency agreements, most-of-the-money-up-front. Homeowners arrive primed to reject the operators who undercut you.

They chose their own timing

No cold call, no door knock. They filled in a form because they decided to.

The bar

What we ask of participating professionals

We publish a ten-point checklist telling homeowners how to vet a roofer. It would be incoherent to then route them to companies that fail it.

Read the homeowner-facing versions: choosing a roofer and how we vet.

  • A real, registered business with a verifiable operating history.
  • Current licensing where your state or locality requires it for roofing work.
  • General liability cover, and workers' compensation where you employ crews.
  • That you respond to enquiries you accept, promptly. A homeowner who is never called is a homeowner we have failed.
  • Written, itemised estimates: squares, tear-off, deck repair rate, accessories and both warranties stated separately.
  • No deductible rebating and no doorstep contingency agreements. We publish both as warning signs, so we cannot route work to companies using them.

What is not decided yet

HyreRoof is early. We would rather leave these blank than publish terms that change in three months.

TermWhere it stands
Pricing model and price pointsNot decidedPer enquiry, subscription, or something else, and at what price.
Exclusive or sharedNot decidedWhether an enquiry goes to one professional or several.
Delivery speedNot decidedHow quickly an accepted enquiry reaches you.
Invalid enquiriesNot decidedWhat qualifies for a credit, and how a dispute is raised.
Contract termsNot decidedMinimum commitment, if any, and how to pause or leave.

The partner FAQ answers these one by one, including the six that are still open. Registering now records your interest and your service area. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed. When these are settled, the businesses on the list hear before the page changes.

Common questions

What does it cost to receive enquiries?

Not decided yet. Pricing is one of several commercial terms still being settled, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a number that moves before you sign.

Are enquiries sent to more than one company?

Not decided yet. Exclusivity is an open term. We will publish the answer once it is settled.

Am I committing to anything by registering?

No. Registering your interest tells us where you work and what you do. It is not a purchase, there is no contract attached, and commercial terms are not set.

Do you promise a number of enquiries?

No. Volume depends on homeowner demand in your market, which neither of us controls. Any platform promising you a monthly count is guessing.

Who is eligible to partner?

Roofing businesses that hold the licensing their state requires and carry general liability cover. How leads work sets out eligibility, geography and service matching in full.
