HyreRoof is early. Rather than publish commercial terms that would change in three months, the questions we have not settled are answered as unsettled. Six of the sixteen below are in that state, and they are the six that decide whether this is worth your money, so here they are in one place before the detail.

Who can become a HyreRoof partner?

Registered roofing businesses that hold the licensing their state requires for roofing work, carry general liability cover, and carry workers’ compensation where they employ crews. We also ask that partners do not rebate insurance deductibles or use doorstep contingency agreements, we publish both as warning signs to homeowners, so we cannot route work to companies using them.

What types of roofing enquiries are available?

Repair, replacement, inspection, storm damage, emergency tarping and gutters, on residential property. You choose which of those you want.

Which locations do you serve?

Nationally in the United States, but enquiry flow is uneven and follows where homeowners find our guides and research. We will not tell you there is volume in your market before there is.

How are homeowner enquiries matched?

On the zip code and the service the homeowner selected, against the areas and services you have told us you cover. We do not widen your radius to manufacture volume.

Are enquiries exclusive?

Not decided yet. Whether an enquiry goes to one professional or several is one of the commercial terms still being settled, and we would rather say so than give you an answer that changes later.

How quickly are enquiries delivered?

Not decided yet. No delivery-time commitment has been set.

What information does an enquiry contain?

Zip code, service needed, urgency, property type, the homeowner’s own description of the project where they gave one, plus name and email, and a phone number where the homeowner chose to provide one. Phone is optional on our form and will stay optional.

How much do enquiries cost?

Not decided yet. The pricing model and price points have not been set. Registering now is free and is not a purchase.

What happens if an enquiry is invalid?

Not decided yet. What qualifies as invalid, and how a credit or dispute is handled, is still being defined.

Can I choose my service areas?

Yes. You give us the zip codes, cities or counties you want work in, and the services you want enquiries for, and you can change both.

Can I pause enquiry delivery?

Yes in principle, a roofing business at capacity in August should be able to stop the tap. The exact mechanism sits with the commercial terms that are still being decided.

How do I update my business information?

Contact us and we will update it. Licences lapse and renew, service areas change and crews come and go, so we would rather hear from you than hold a stale record.

How does HyreRoof handle homeowner data?

Homeowner details are passed only with the homeowner’s consent, and only for responding to that enquiry. Partners may not resell them, add them to unrelated marketing, or pass them on. See our privacy policy.

Does HyreRoof guarantee an enquiry will become a customer?

No, and nobody honestly can. We do not guarantee enquiry volume, conversion rates or revenue. What happens after the introduction is your sales process and the homeowner’s decision.

Does HyreRoof take a cut of the job?

No. We are not a party to your contract with the homeowner and we take no percentage of the work. Whatever the eventual pricing model is, it will be for the introduction, not for the roof.

Is HyreRoof a competitor?

No. HyreRoof does not perform, supervise, warrant or finance roofing work, and never will. We publish information and make introductions.
